Anuraj Ennai is a distinguished innovator, technologist, and entrepreneur from India with over 25 years of experience spanning technology architecture, engineering leadership, applied research, and startup building. He has held key roles including Architect and Principal Engineer, Technology Researcher, and Founder & CEO.
Anuraj holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum (1998), an MS in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago (2005), and an MBA (PGSEM) in Strategy and Marketing from IIM Bangalore (2010).
He began his career at Infosys in 1998 and later spent over a decade at Motorola across the US and India, contributing to pioneering work in 3G technology. During this period, he served as the architect of the Multimedia Messaging System (MMS) and worked with Motorola Research Labs in the area of Enterprise Mobility. He holds multiple patents and publications in advanced technology domains.
In 2011, he co-founded Mobiotics and led it as CEO, building it into a pioneering indigenous Video Platform-as-a-Service (VPaaS) company, and successfully exited in 2022.
Today, Anuraj is the founder and operator of InfinyAI, a Venture Studio focused on launching and nurturing Generative AI startups across multiple business verticals, while actively mentoring entrepreneurs and supporting innovation-driven ventures.
