Ashish Agarwal has nearly 15 years of experience across investment banking and private equity, with roles at Credit Suisse, TPG, and GIC. He has worked closely with founders and management teams across growth-stage and scaled companies across multiple sectors such as financial services, healthcare, consumer and electric mobility. He has also served as a director on the boards of AHH, Euler Motors & Wow Skinsciences as well as in observer capacity on the board of Ather Energy. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIM Calcutta, his work has focused on long-term capital allocation, business building, and understanding how incentives shape outcomes at scale. His career has given him a systems-level perspective on how industries evolve, particularly healthcare and consumer sectors, beyond surface-level metrics.
