Sri. Suhas IAS, an Electronics Engineering graduate and 2012 Kerala cadre IAS officer, is the Managing Director of CIAL. He began his career as Assistant Collector of Ernakulam, later serving as Sub-Collector of Fort Kochi, and District Collector of Alappuzha, Wayanad, and Ernakulam. Known for leveraging technology in governance, he received the Best Project Officer Award for the 'Kochi Smart City' initiative.
His impactful programs include 'Zero Dropout Wayanad,' addressing tribal student dropouts, and 'Operation Breakthrough,' tackling urban flooding in Ernakulam. During the COVID-19 crisis, his leadership in establishing observation centers, oxygen war rooms, and patient care innovations gained national recognition. He also serves as the Managing Director of Roads and Bridges Development Corporation of Kerala Ltd.
